HETC & HK UNIVERSE ACHIEVEMENT sign cooperation agreement

On August 13th, 2021, Dalian Huanbohai Energy Trading Center (HETC) and Hong Kong Universe Achievement (UA) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides will carry out all-round cooperation in the global trade of bulk commodities such as gold and crude oil, as well as other fields such as financial services.

Adhering to the principle of complementary advantages, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results, the two parties will share high-quality resources at home and abroad, optimize resource allocation and form a unity to provide 10 billion euros of financial services for domestic and foreign trade enterprises, refineries and other HETC member units, including financing letter, bank guarantee, trade guarantee, capital lock-in letter, etc.
